Christian Anderaos is a professional indoor soccer player for the Kansas City Comets in the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL). Hailing from São Paulo, Brazil, Christian has made a significant impact his dedication to sports, education, and personal development. He transitioned to NCAA Division 1 at University of Missouri – Kansas City before joining the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL). As a Kansas City Comets player since 2021, he’s earned the nickname “Tasmanian Devil” for his fervor, speed, and work ethic that endeared him to fans.
Christian is actively building his legacy both on and off the field, leveraging his platform to promote wellness, confidence, and the pursuit of excellence in all areas of life.
Christian attended Colegio Montessori Santa Terezinha in São Paulo, where he was recognized for his athletic prowess and academic achievements. He later pursued higher education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), earning a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and a master’s degree in Public Administration.
Christian has several passions, including fashion and modeling. He has graced the runway for Kansas City Fashion Week, showcasing his versatility and presence beyond the soccer field. His multicultural background and extensive travels have enriched his perspective, enabling him to connect with a diverse audience and bring a unique approach to his endeavors.
Throughout his career, Christian has been recognized for his leadership, sportsmanship, and community contributions. His journey from Brazil to the MASL showcases his resilience, dedication, and passion for the sport, making him a role model for aspiring athletes and a valuable ambassador for brands seeking to empower and inspire men. In July 2024, Christian was awarded the 2023-24 MASL Joseph Cairel Award, which celebrates the player with the most heart on the field and in the community. This prestigious award is presented by the MASL Soccer Awards, recognizing Christian’s significant contributions both as a player and a community leader.
